I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were better than expected, very well soundproofed, and offered a great view of the pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The dining experience was diverse and of good quality. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.

I couldn't have asked for a better surprise when I arrived at the hotel during a fiesta with a massive firework display happening for the first two nights. The rooms were better than expected, with excellent soundproofing, and having a balcony/terrace was a real bonus. They were lovely and even had a small fridge for convenience, plus Tea & coffee making facilities. Given the general standard I've experienced in the Canaries, this was a real treat!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and in good condition, with a separate bedroom, lounge with TV showing some English channels, a powerful shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool area. However, the service was marred by an extremely rude receptionist named DEBBIE, who was aggressive and made no effort to resolve issues. The location was great, near the center of Corralejo and within walking distance of the beaches and sand dunes. The dining experience offered great selections, and the facilities were top-notch.
